Items purchased directly from ZOIKS LLC may be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided they meet the conditions below.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. ZOIKS LLC will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.

ZOIKS LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Supplier Requirements

• Must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer with verifiable business credentials

• Must provide valid invoices that include: product name, brand, quantity, unit cost, and distributor letterhead
• Invoice documentation must be sufficient for marketplace ungating purposes if applicable

Purchasing Standards
